This Ensaymada is unique for me, I think it's the first time I tasted it with salted eggs, I don't know, I seldom have ensaymada with just cheese toppings. Thid ensaymada was given by a friend of my brother, said that bought from a bakery, I have no idea what bakery it is. Anyway the store it came from don't matter actually as it tasted yummy and delicious made special by cheese and salted egg toppings.
