We live in a very fast-phased world today isn't it? We often tend to put greater time to things actually less important things than our necessities including food (meals) that we often sacrifice (breakfast, lunch, dinner) to do other things because we are saying that we lack in time. That's why convenient stores, fast-foods have been a trend today.
The big question is how healthy do the foods they offer are? Well I'm sure only a few consider this but this matter should be taken seriously because we are talking about Health on this.
I know everyone of us or most of us have tried convenient stores packed foods right? the one that's in the cooler though it will be heated for you, I have tried it sometimes when I have no choice to, I must say it's ok but mostly I prefer the sandwiches only not the rice meals, I don't know its just I don't see it appetizing, sorry for that. But this was not until Family Mart's Fresh N' Lite menu was introduced to me.
Family Mart's 'Fresh N' Lite menu' is a savior! Just looking at how they look, you will surely notice that it's fresh, they have a great packaging of this that has nutrition facts and calorie counts! so you won't have excuses now to your gym instructors that you miscalculated your calorie intake, I love the food presentation, and I love the menu itself its like menu in a fast-food but faster to be served!
During the launch of this menu, according to Family Mart, they are very critical to the ingredients and shelf life of the Fresh N' Lite Meals. I've also tasted almost all of the meals and I assure you that you'll also love it. If I'm not mistaken the Fresh N' Lite Menu is now available at all Family Mart stores in PH :)
